May 8–9 are days of remembrance for those who went through World War II and paid the ultimate price for peace. We remember not only history, but also people — their courage, losses, and strength to persevere.
Today, this sounds especially poignant. Ukrainians are once again defending their own — and once again proving that freedom is not given just like that.
We remember the past.
We hold on to today.
We believe in victory.
